Well, there hasn't been too much going on with us other than school and work. Charles has been really busy working on a few different websites and has had a couple of his classmates coming to him with business ideas, so he is staying plenty busy with those. My classes are proving to be very high maintenance, so that is keeping me nice and busy. Charles realized last week how much happier I am when we go home at the end of the day. Being at school for 12 hours every day has a tendency to stress me out a tiny bit... haha! Anyway, our weekend brought a little relief to our crazy lives. Saturday morning we went and volunteered at the cannery with our ward. They were canning peaches. We got put on the conveyor belt were we were to pick out the bad peaches before they washed and cut them all. So for 2 1/2 hours we watched this line of peaches go by, looking for mushy ones. Charles sang "Millions of peaches... peaches for free!" over and over again asking, "I wonder if the people who wrote the song were volunteering at the cannery too??" hmmmm.... I wonder.... I was focusing on not throwing up, haha! I would have never thought I could get motion sick at the cannery... but anything is possible!
Saturday night we went to one of the dollar theaters here to watch the BYU vs. Tulsa football game. They just renovated the theater, so they were showing the football game for free as their grand re-opening. It was pretty cool, it felt like we were at the game kind of. Everyone crammed into a theater singing the Cougar fight song after every touch down. Unfortunately... the outcome of the game wasn't so exciting. It was fun though, we are excited for the homecoming game this weekend! BRING IT ON AIR FORCE!!
NOW... for the highlight of the week: last night Charles got us tickets to see High School Musical at one of the community theaters in Orem. I kinda liked the movie... ok, I loved it! So since he is such a good sport, he surprised me with tickets to go see it. It was a lot of fun! It is a totally cheesy show, with totally cheesy music and acting... but I LOVE IT! haha- Charles started groovin to the music last night too, so I know he liked it, he won't admit it to anyone else, but he did. About half way through he was like.. this is fun! Then leaned over and told me, "Don't tell anyone...." So shhh... don't tell him I told you, haha!
Anyway, that is pretty much the excitement for the past week. Kyle is staying with us this weekend for a few days I think. Alissa is going to be gone, and he gets lonely when she leaves, so he is going to come play!! Mom and Dad Himmer are coming down this week too. They are only staying with us Friday night, and then going to the football game with us on saturday, but we are excited to spend some time with them too. So... SLUMBER PARTY at our house this weekend!! Everyone is invited! IT will be fun! It will be a nice break after a long week! Anyway... thats about it for us! We will keep you posted!

School's back...
Well... here we go again, one more year... We started school yesterday. Charles and I are both taking 18 credits and working 20 hours this semester. So its gonna be a busy one! A lot of my classes ended up being night classes, so I have class until 8 or 9 3 days a week... so I am awfully excited about that! Yesterday I had class until about 645, we got out early. I was hoping to get home in time to go to Charles' 630 softball game, but I was a little bit too late. So as I was walking home, I was trying to decide what to make for dinner so I could have it ready when he got home from his game. Well.... little did I know that my little Chef Boyardee had whipped something up before he left. He made a chicken casserole! I was very impressed! AND- he did the laundry. I don't know, but I think I'm gonna like this night class thing :) He's Great!! Anyway- I have pictures from our trip to Seattle, but I haven't uploaded them yet, so I'll do that soon. It was fun though. I saw JELLYFISH!! REAL jellyfish. It scared the crap out of me actually. Charles took me kayaking for the first time... and we were in the ocean... WEIRD!! Anyway, after about five minutes Charles looked at me and realized I had stopped dead in my tracks and had a terrified look on my face, he asked what was wrong. "Charles, there is a Jellyfish RIGHT by my paddle!!!" He laughed and told me it was ok. "What am I supposed to do???" I was panicking at this point... He reminded me that I was in a kayak and the jellyfish couldn't do anything. This happened about 5 more times before we turned around and headed back in. I realize now that I was being quite ridiculous... but man- that was weird!! Anyone who knows me- knows how I spaz out in water... the ocean was a new experience for me! Haha... Anyway- I'll upload pictures and tell more about our trip then. For now... back to school!
