New Ward
Well, we are going on a month in our new ward. Everyone is really great and has been so nice! We have had an amazing sunday school lesson from Truman G. Madsen and attended a fireside with Susan Easton Black. The problem with an older ward is not that they aren't nice and help you feel welcome, it is that they can't remember they did. We have given prayers the past 2 weeks in Sacrament Meeting and Sunday School. Yesterday was the first week they didn't have us stand and introduce ourselves in Sunday School and Relief Society. It has been pretty funny. We are running out of good prayers though, so if anyone has any good ideas, please let us know. There was a getting to know the Himmer's part of our ward news letter that we got a good kick out of. It pointed out that Charles is studying busness antrapanureship and served his mission in Tiwain. Spell Check anyone??? Anyway, it really is a great ward and we have been so lucky to be there. Every lesson we have I am just amazed at the experiences these people have had. It has been very humbling and faith building. Anyway, I just thought I'd update you instead of study. Love you all!

Floral Design
Today was my first day in my floral design lab, we got to make our first arrangements! It was really fun, I think I'm going to really like this class a lot. This week has been a little busy but we have gotten lots of things done. We finally got my name changed on everything we need to... I think. It was a little rough trading in the ole' Texas license for a Utah license, but I guess you gotta do, what you gotta do. Charles has been working a lot on a website job he got. It's looking pretty good but he still has several more hours to put in on it. Nothing else too exciting this week... well, maybe one thing, but I'll let Charles tell all about our excitement.

Give it a try
I was thinking this weekend of all the funny things that have happened to Charles and I in the past month and how I need to be better at telling people about them. I thought this would be a fun way to keep you all up to date on what is going on in our lives and probably keep you highly entertained. This way we can also add in pictures to illustrate our stories. So far our semester is going well. I think I must have gotten a little piece of his brain when we got married because so far I am doing pretty well this semester; then again, there was no where to go but up after last semester! Charles is a little bored with some of his classes this semester, but mine are a blast. Here is a funny story from this weekend. I couldn't help but call Brad after this happened, and maybe y'all will all just think we are gross and immature, but I just about lost it! We went to see a movie on Saturday afternoon and Charles had the great idea to go to the store and grab some candies for the movie. He made his pick... milk duds (Brad, I bet you can see where this one's going already). We got home from the movie I went to the bedroom and Charles followed me. I sat down on the bed and he turned around to go get something from the other room or something. I'm not quite sure because as soon as he turned around my eyes fixated on the seam of his pants, right in between his back pockets. I saw a chocolatey-caramel treat smashed into the crack of his pants. You guessed it... a milk dud. It could not have been placed any more perfectly. Ok, the close up may be a little much for y'all, but I thought it was pretty classic. We miss you and love you all!!!
